Customers using any part of this website are bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

  • We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
  • If any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website.
  • Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.

PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Euro and are inclusive of VAT (23%), unless otherwise specified.

Postage and packing prices will be charged in addition to the price of any goods.

Online payment will be provided in a secure environment. Payments must be made in Euro and by one of the following credit card payment methods: American Express, Visa Credit/Debit, MasterCard Credit/ Debit.. Rowan Beg Design Studios retains ownership of the goods until full payment has been made by the customer and the funds have been cleared.

CANCELLATIONS

We will refund any payment made from your card in the unlikely event that goods are unavailable or if we are unable to fulfill your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to the cancellation, the order will be considered valid and the Customer will remain liable for the full payment. PRIVACY POLICY

While you are using this site, and during the ordering process, any information and data collected from you will be used solely for the purpose of processing you order and improving our service to you. The terms of use shall be governed by and construed fully in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any person attempting to make fraudulent credit card transactions will be prosecuted with no exception.
